The Centre of Excellence in Cleaner Production (CECP) was founded in 1999.
The CECP has been established to promote the uptake of Cleaner Production and Eco-Efficiency in Western Australia, through awareness raising, public dialogue, information dissemination, professional training, and technical assistance.
The Centre of Excellence in Cleaner Production is funded by the
Waste Management and Recycling Fund (WM&RF).

Cleaner Production at Curtin (official name coming soon): Curtin is committed to advance business contributions to sustainable development, in particular through applied research and teaching in eco-efficiency, innovation and sustainability management.
Western Australian Sustainable Industry Group (WA-SIG): WA-SIG is a multi-stakeholder platform to advance the business case and agenda for sustainable development. WA-SIG is a member of the Regional Network of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development,
and is convened and facilitated by Curtin University of Technology.
