Protecting Your Profits

Level 1

This module consists of a video and an interactive checklist. It is designed to be used in a facilitated workshop in which the video is shown first and then participants begin to think about and discuss options for their own organisations. Level 1 is intended to raise awareness and kick off the thinking process.

Level 2

This level goes a stage further by encouraging management buy-in and providing an understanding of the process for generating options and an action plan. Participants in level 2 will normally, but not necessarily, have first received level 1 training. Level 2 training consists of a workbook and PowerPoint presentation.

Level 3

These programs are available for businesses that wish to consider the opportunities for their business in more detail. They may be attended by managers but are designed for technical and operating staff. They help participants to identify and evaluate Cleaner Production options and develop an action plan for their organisation. The Level 3 program is independent of but complements level 1 and 2 training outcomes.
